How do I reinstate my husband's email accouont?

I have accidentally deleted my husbands account from the computer screen. We use Microsoft Office Outlook. I have tried to put it back but I'm not good with computers and have not been able to do this. Please can someone help me. I have gone into 'tools' and tried 'adding new rule' but it just won't do it.
