Why are the home delivery network so rubbish?

I don't know the answer to your question, sorry, but i have had problems with them myself. They have delivered clothes on a couple of occasions to me and haven't even knocked my front door, but put them in a rubbish bin at the back of my house that had rubbish in!! Disgusting!
