Need help with Italian rail transportation?

I am traveling by train from Sulmona and wish to reach each of these destinations (Milan, Venice, Florence, Pisa, Perugia, Rome) and then make it back to Sulmona. Where and how would you recommend organizing and commencing this trip? Is it feasible to all this in a span of one week? Would a Youth Eurail Italy pass be cheaper than buying individual tickets from point to point? I know there are reservation fees involved with the pass, but I am unsure whether this trip would be sufficient for buying a pass. Thanks so much!
