I need help with changing my gamertag. Xbox LIVE?

Ok so i recently got xbox live and named my ganertag Th3 EyE 0F G0D, but i want to change it. But i also don't want to spend 800Microsoft Points. So could you just get a small amount of people to report my gamertag??? So then i would get to change it for free because microsoft gives you one more free chance to make another gamertag that isnt offensive or anything like that. So could I do that??? Or would i get banned??
