No you will NOT have to pay �9000 in your second year. Those who start this year will pay the lower amount for their whole degree. The higher rates will only be charged to UK/EU students COMMENCING their degree in 2012 - you will be continuing your degree, not commencing it. Sorry for the caps - just wanted to make sure you're clear that the other poster is mistaken!
