Zune HD Made By Microsoft?

I have a zune hd and the wifi and internet have stopped working. When I try and connect to wifi it can sit there for ten minutes and not connect. When I try and get on the internet the screen just goes black and I have to restart it. Is there anyway to completely reset it and get it to work correctly again?
