If I enlist in army reserve now,when would training commence from what month would I shop out?

If you enlist now, you probably will have about a 6 month wait till you go to basic and AIT. But you will still go to drill until then every month. But, until you're MOS-qualified, you won't get paid and you won't be allowed to do a lot of the training, like handle weapons.
