How to get 40 Microsoft points?

I'm literally 40 Microsoft points short of the new cod map pack, I would rather not spend 20 dollars on a 1600 msp card. Is there any offers for Microsoft points out there, I've done one before by signing up for bing that gave me 100 points but that's all I could find.
