How do I make my lap top freeze less?

Make sure your battery is set to high performance and don't use it for more than 1 hour (or 2 if you want to risk it) and avoid doing heavy loaded things e.g: playing full screen online games. And don't delete anything unless you know what it is, what it does, and what will happen if you delete it.
