Gunny sitting on my leave request.?

I put in a leave request, and it is less than 20 hours until my leave is supossed to commence. I asked my Gunny why he hadn't yet forwarded it up last Wednesday and Thursday. He got pissed off and screamed at me until he started sweating, saying he knows how to do his job blah blah blah. Now with less than 20 hours left, it still hasn't been forwarded up. Any suggestions on what I should do?
