Do you think that I have a STD??

I made a mistake about a week ago. I had unprotected sex with a girl (im a guy). Now i feel like i might be getting a sore throat, and a very slightly elevated temperature. I also have a slight itchy patch "down there". Do you think I have something. It could be allergies right? I do have eczema, could that be it?
