39w2d swollen ankles hurts to walk, blood pressure was 124/80 at 38w6d?

Should I be worried? I go back to my OB on Tuesday for another non-stress test. I have a c-section scheduled for Thursday morning at 39w6d. But should I be worried with the swelling in my ankles or is this normal for this late in pregnancy. My blood pressure has been hanging in there through last week when it went up to 120/80 and 124/80. Before then it's been 110/70 or so. Should I call my OB in the morning or just keep elevating my feet and drinking water and wait it out until Tuesday?
